take one picture and
One compress file(.RAR) on desktop

whatever do you want to hide, please compress it as .rar

then

>start->run->cmd

>cd desktop

>copy /b picturename.jpg + foldername.rar outputfilename.jpg

eg: copy /b 1.jpg + 2.rar a.jpg

>done

now it has only picture

>ren outputfilename.jpg outputfilename.rar

eg: ren a.jpg a.rar
